-Shape and drive shot, mid and long-term medical strategy.
-Lead the local medical team, develop and execute medical programs for new and existing products.

-PhD in medical and bioscience.
-Minimum 10 years' experience in medical affairs field in MNC pharma.
-Solid people manager experience.
-Medical experience of special care Rx new product launch readiness preferred.

-Develop and implement medical strategies/plans for responsible products.
-Deliver high quality medical education/training materials.
-Provide medical insight to brand strategy for assigned post-marketing products.
-Offer medical support to other departments and provide input to ALK Global projects.
-Master level degree in medical and bioscience, PhD preferred.
-Minimum 5 years' experience in medical affairs field in MNC pharma.
-Medical experience pf special care Rx new product launch readiness preferred.
-Fluency in spoken as well as written English.
-Develop professional relationships, build advocacy and gain contributions of KOL/decision makers.
-Collect, analyze and report insights that may impact ALK development plans /trial designs.
-Communicate scientific information and data to healthcare professionals on new treatment options including ALK products and selected areas of therapeutic interest.
-Bachelor's degree in medical and bioscience related, master above preferred.
-Minimum 3 years' experience in medical field in MNC pharma companies.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
-Build a holistic access strategy, responsible for key products central and region level market access.
-Understand, collect, and report the relevant policy updates, make strategic analysis with suggestion to internal stakeholders.
-Prepare new launch access and speed up new products launch leveraging strategic projects.
-Graduate degree required, MBA is a plus.
-Medical, pharmacy or Healthcare industry related background preferred.
-8 years above experience in a top-tier Pharmaceuticals, 3-5 years on market access related positions.
-Solid experience in access strategic, pricing, policy research.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
-Develop digital strategy and roadmap, prepare digital strategy communication, design and implement digital initiatives.
-Create digital content on multiple digital channels, manage digital communication strategy.
-Build, develop and maintain ecommerce channels; operate and upgrade company and brand digital platform.
-Bachelor's degree or above, medical or related majors preferred.
-MNC background, new product launch experience is plus.
-Experienced in consumer health / cosmeceutical/e-commerce related industry is plus.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
-Set up China compliance framework and draft compliance policies.
-Be a key member of the China Compliance Committee and provide leadership with appropriate indicators of compliance health.
-Develop compliance communications and trainings, monitor internal and external compliance trends.
-Implement business risk assessment initiatives and drive mitigation plans.
-Bachelor's degree or above, medical or related majors preferred.
-MNC background, new product launch experience is plus.
-Experienced in pharmaceutical product management; experience in running strategic projects or campaign.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
-Lead the brand strategy development and generate key insights of different stakeholders.
-Contribute to product life cycle management to enhance portfolio strength.
-Prepare and lead new launches: indication/dose/packaging/compound.
-University Degree in business/finance, law or other relevant major.
-Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk mitigation, investigations, audit, top pharma company preferred.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
-Develop and implement the training plan for China ALK MIC team; translate global training materials and roll out new training courses in China.
-Analyze training needs and design the relevant training programs.
-Assist to developing coaching model and tools for regional managers and district managers.
-Bachelor's degree and above.
-Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, trainer, or sales performance management related work.
-Training facilitator/ psychology certification.
-Fluent in English both oral and written.
